Dr Pauline Thomas-McGill DC, BSc

Dr Pauline’s mission is to educate, inspire, and empower her patients to be proactive on their journey of health and performance.

She enjoys working collaboratively with local healthcare practitioners like RMT’s, Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists and Physiotherapists to keep her patients moving their best!

Dr Pauline graduated from the University of Victoria in 2011 with a combined Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology (with Distinction) and then went on to earn a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2017 (with Magna Cum Laude and Dean’s List honours) from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, ON.

She has First Aid Responder experience working with AAA and Junior Hockey teams, Men’s Rugby and numerous other sports. She has over 10 years of experience working with children in recreational settings including sports camps, nutrition programs, toddlers soccer and day camps for children with special needs.

Dr Pauline helps people of all ages to feel their best, including weekend warriors, seniors, athletes and children.

By building strength, and improving movement strategies, her patients are able to face the demands of everyday life, improve their performance and work to protect against recurrent injuries.

In her spare time, Dr Pauline hikes, camps, lifts weights, plays soccer and ice hockey and enjoys walking her dog. She is an enthusiastic angler, avid gardener and cook/baker, and has a soft spot for goats! Pauline and her husband Scott are thrilled to permanently call beautiful Armstrong, BC their home.

Dr Pauline practices using Evidence-informed therapy and the Biopsychosocial approach to healthcare.

This means she stays up to date on the best scientific research and treatment options, provides care based on clinical experience and patient preferences, and also takes into account lifestyle factors that may be affecting your recovery.
